This was us enroute to Bayfield separately. This outlook at Kamaniskeg is definitely worth a photo stop if you are passing by

Sparky enjoying the main beach in Port Elgin, end of Green Street

The group gathering at the Travelodge in Port Elgin after arriving from different points of the compass

Group shot at the Travelodge. Jeff and Nancy led the core group down

I think that Jeff needs a bigger mug, only from NASCAR

For a moment I thought that Bill and Barb were surprising us at the Lord Elgin restaurant. I could see them in/on this although I'm not sure who would be the monkey, sidecar lingo

Part of my illustrious youth. Being serenaded by some pipers practicing for a local competition. They need to properly breath outside

Now at the show, greeted by a 63 Split window

Sparky and Pud's, David and Shirley's, Margo and John's

Charlie's C7

Collin's C5

Jeff and Nancy's C7 beside Collin

Mac and Sherry's C7

A really nice 2021 C8 from Bracebridge, complete with an engine in the front if you look closely

The owner of this Split window has been offered 210K. Thanks but no thanks

A 62 Top Flight award winner

The Clan Gregor square loaded with my favourite sight, Corvettes everywhere, 413 officially but more unofficially

A C7 tribute to Zora Arkus Duntov, father of the Corvette. If you have a vision, run with it

2024 C8 Z06. The owner has his name on a list for a C9. Says that he is #3. Gotta plan ahead I suppose

Awesome C3, 1972 I believe

Quite an example of a C4 ZR1. Not sure whether the engine parts were chromed, but more likely he highly polished the aluminum bits

Custom C3 that showed really well

Sparky and Charlie on a walkabout

Lots of C8's, this one with some Stingray R bits

Rumble Bee, "Wild Willy"

We need folks like these just to show us that the sky is the limit in order to make the car your own

2013 427 convertible. Don't see too many of these

A C8 Z06 HTC in red mist metallic. Nice ride

We've seen this plate before at shows. Not sure how much this would help

Nice wrap but matte has to be your style

Displaying the HTC like this is definitely intriguing. Grey on red is a great contrast

Sparky surrounded by vettes

I believe Elkhart Green??

C7 ZR1 from Sarnia. We met the owner last year and she now has 12,000kms on it. Not a hangar queen. Couldn't break it to her but new tires are most likely in order

I know but I am the webmaster, just saying

You know who beside our C7 Z06

Margo and Johnny's GSCE, only one in attendance. How's that for exclusivity?

Rob's freshly painted C4. How fresh, yesterday I was told

These yellows are close in C4 and C7 and my choice over accelerate yellow, just saying

Wow, lots going on here and I do like orange

You don't see too many of these either, 2014 C7 Premier edition, Lime Rock green

Ah, a 2010 Blue Devil, ZR1. Need I say more. One of my favourites

This colour combo of a C7 Grand Sport also pops. Nice ride

I was fooled. Thought that it was a C8 Z06, however it was an E Ray with exposed carbon fibre wheels. First for me in the wild

Aftermarket, Z06 type high wing on a C8. Not bad

Saddle Tan 63 Split window. Looked mighty fine

No mistaking the 98 C5 Indy Pace Car. GM took some styling chances here

427 anyone?

Another C8 Z06 with GM Tech Bronze Spider wheels

An Amplify Orange C8 Z06 Coupe with full aero

Two 63 Split windows side by each

Apparently the engine was installed in this only a few days before the show

This C8 Z06 HTC with full Z07 package would have been pricey in this red mist metallic

Another C8 Z06 with carbon fibre X brace

Had to return to this C7 for a few more pics

Yes, another C8 Z06 this time with tension blue interior. Some folks don't mind paying the luxury tax I guess

C2 GM Hybrid. The valve cover tag says burns gas and rubber, who knew

Gotta like a C2 427 in resale red

Well kept C4

Second C7 ZR1. Still overpriced on the used market IMHO. Guess that I missed the boat

Had to go back for more of this one. Isn't that the whole reason for customizing?

Yes another C8 Z06, Hypersonic Grey on Tension Blue. Great colour choice, engine too

I know, another repeat but I am the webmaster so you'll just have to put up with it. Only C7 Z06 with ZR1 style wheels, ZR1 style splitter, C8 style 5VM rocker winglets and oh by the way Continental Extreme Contact tires, just saying there Morgan

The "BUS", the Bayfield Ukulele Society entertaining once again. I have never seen the like before or since this show

Yes another C8 Z06, coupe this time. 3LZ, mostly loaded with aero and ceramic brakes (but not the Z07 so low wing), carbon fibre interior trim level II, front lift, stripes etc. $173,898 (almost tempting) says the window sticker before Justin adds his $14,779.60 then the HST. But I digress

Really nice 2004 C5 Z06 Commemorative Edition

I faced these same stairs last year 2.5 months after my hip replacement. This year was a little better so progress has been made

Bayfield beach at the end of those stairs, Sparky holding up a heart shaped rock

Missed this one on the first few walkabouts. A C8 Callaway Launch edtion, 687hp with supercharger. Has the Callaway signature Double D exhaust. Owner says only six in existence so you may not see too many of these. Sounds pretty awesome

I counted nine C8 Z06's on top of this Callaway C8 Launch Edition so some folks are ponying up for the luxury tax. I digress again

Saved the best for the last. Jeff and Nancy hit the Goderich craft show and picked up a Bud Light sippy mug for Johnny, here testing it out. I said should've gotten one for Kirky however Jeff said too pricey. Valley vettes at play, good times had by all this Bayfield trip.

Jack Racoon was there but I never saw the car so no pics. Johnny bragging to David about his new sippy mug and the fact that Kirk doesn't have one. THE END
