Pembroke folks gathering at the Irving, Dan and Harlene, Paul solo
Just a couple of Z06's, Paul's and Gilles'. Front or mid, your choice
Gilles' lookin' a little mean. The sound can be a little intoxicating when you are following
Jeff's Grand Sport with codriver, son and ORL champ, Clayton
Kirk's THORRRR
Now meeting up with the rest of the folks at the Renfrew Caboose
When Stevie and Leah showed up in their new red C8 HTC, most folks thought that it was someone just wanting to join the club. Good surprise for everyone
Driver, co-driver brief and first chip
First stop at the Country Fried Chip Wagon, Quadville. Great fries if you are passing through
The other Oattes, Kim and Kevin, enjoyed the ride and company
Gilles led us to this new outlook, overlooking the south end of Kamaniskeg Lake, just west of Combermere. Great photo op with the lake in the background.
Met a professional photographer there who is supposed to send us some photos that he took. We passed the hat as some additional incentive
Now back at the Dobbs' ranch for growlies and prizes
We had eleven cars out for the cruise and then some more showed up for the BBQ, seventeen Vettes in total and one Nissan due to a tire issue after the winter. Great turnout by all
Can't believe that "Jack Racoon" drove 5 hours from Hamilton for this. Needless to say he didn't join up for the cruise but dedication to the extreme for the first club event of 2024
The gang
Last but not least, David celebrates a birthday with a Corvette cake that Shirley provided. How old you ask, Jack Benny club for sure. The End until Karting
